We encountered several problems, raised with reception and NOTHING, no apology, no solution offered. The bedding is of poor quality and a slat was missing under a bed... unacceptable for a 5* residence. The receptionist is cold, not interested in her customers, not even a hello. At this standard, you have to hire competent staff... However, the residence is complete, well located at the foot of the slopes. The apartments are large, bright and well insulated. The ski room is a real plus. I'm looking for the merits of the 5*, since the new management, it's getting worse.
