Certes, la vue. Mais un verre sur la terrasse suffit. En tant qu'hôtel, j'ai rarement croisé pire. Chambre minable, bruyante, pas d'eau chaude, lampe de chevet cassée, petit-déjeuner à partir de 8 heures seulement.... En France, il serait interdit depuis longtemps.

Hotel charmant à l'architecture typiquement locale donnant sur la baie de Valparaiso, accueil tres sympathique, chambre confortable et tres propres. Restaurant de bonne qualité proposant des plats sudamericains avec des prix imbattables, excellent pisco sour.

Extremadamente ruidoso y mal equipado! La casa es hermosa pero muy mal conservada. Habitaciones poco confortables, mal aisladas térmica y acústicamente. Desayuno ok, atención muy amable. Vale para una vez, ojalá entre lunes y jueves, nunca en fin de semana.

Estimados Me aloje en el hotel con reserva desde el 29 al 1. hubieron varios inconvenientes al momento del alojamiento. - No estaba mi habitación y me designaron otra. - No tiene cortinas(tenia un rollo con un pvc). - No tiene calefacción o aislación, el frio que ingresó fue igual a estar en la calle. - Cama pequeña, dormi con los pies fuera de la cama. - Ropa del huésped o alguna persona previa. - El aseo de los muebles, pesimo. Se sentia sucio y pegajoso. Al comunicarme con la encargada (ruth) no me dio solución alguna indicando que no me devolverá nada y que me" arreglara con Booking " Me dio el nombre del dueño. Nelson morgado reservas@brighton.cl Solicite la devolucion del dinero y me indicaron que yo tenia la culpa por ser muy alto.

The noise at night, from the hotel music being played outside on the patio, is extremely loud and kept us awake. Additionally, the loud music from downtown (which is right below the hotel and Cerra Conception) playing at the same time, all night long, made it impossible to sleep. We would NOT recommend this hotel despite its beautiful location and friendly staff. The rooms are old, run down and cramped and not worth the price. Breakfast is average.

El menú muy rico, cantidad precisa de comidas, varios tiempos, excelente atención y vista , excelente experiencia. Se encuentra ubicado a un costado del paseo Atkinson, lo que lo hace de fácil acceso en un día turístico por Valparaíso. 10 de 10

Superbe terrasse pour profiter de la vue et du soleil de Valpareiso ! Une ambiance et un accueil chaleureux de la gérante et de ses chiens et chats. Nous avons seulement bu un verre, c’est donc cette expérience que nous notons, on recommande !

Es lamentable como un inmueble con tanto potencial, esté tan mal cuidado. Las instalaciones internas poco mantenidas, la decoración fea, malas terminaciones. La cama que ocupé, un colchón muy malo, ropa de cama antigua, malas almohadas. Solo rescato la ubicación, la limpieza de sábanas y baño (pero no la de los espacios comunes y el resto de la habitación) y el un buen desayuno en la terraza con buena vista (que podrías disfrutar sin alojarte ahí). La aislación acústica de las habitaciones es deficiente, y hay ruido ambiente de la calle siempre, y del pasaje, a veces.

El restaurant cambió completamente, antes era un lugar exclusivo y fino, siempre con música en vivo. Ahora parece un food truck de calle, muy mala calidad, poca variedad, ya ni se ofrecen las onces típicas de este lugar. Quede muy desilusionada.
