Muy bien ubicado, limpio, ordenado y tiene muchas facilidades para qued**** a disfrutar o para ir a los alrededores. Cuenta con restaurante, bar y terraza. Agua caliente, lockers y buenas camas. Lo único es que la litera o camarote estaba desajustada y sonaba un montón. Pero de resto todo bien

la mia è una recensione forse particolare, perche' avevamo prenotato per 3 notti, non conoscendo l'urbanistica di VALPARAISO. Abbiamo visto il posto, pagato il 50% e ce ne siamo andati. l'ostello puo' essere anche carino, ma è in una zona pessima, lontano da quello che è il centro turistico di Valparaiso (CERRO ALEGRE per intenderci, dove trovate tranquillita', ristoranti ed una miriade di alloggi). e considerando che in citta' non è facile spostarsi, questa è forse la peggior zona di VALPO. Direi che è da evitare assolutamente

Todo súper bien, limpio, cómodo y la atención excelente. Tienen 2 gatitos que son un amor y súper limpios, la decoración del hostal es muy bonita y las habitaciones dobles con baño privado son bastante cómodas y amplias. En resumen, todo excelente y cabe mencionar que cuentan con shampoo, acondicionador, jabón y toallas.

La habitación muy limpia, exelente atención infraestructura en buen estado, el desayuno muy rico, la terraza es muy amplia, limpia y tiene una vista espectacular a los cerros y al congreso, el lugar es muy acogedor y el personal es muy atento.

This place has great potential but is so bad we left early..The daily need to compete with the staff for the breakfast on offer is not pleasant. You shouldn't have to wait for staff to feed themselves from the breakfast buffet before you can access breakfast you are paying for. The wifi is very poor and constantly drops out We left before our booking was ended after talking to staff several times about the quality and the constant dropping in and out. This place was very noisy with staff yelling across the hostel at each other all day or playing very loud music. There is nothing on offer and staff don't actively let you know about anything other than the long list of rules. Minimal places to eat around area. The bathroom is terrible and the floors could do with a good wash. Not a pleasant stay

Muy buen servicio, ambiente maravilloso. Dormitorios muy equipados, espacios cómodos y bellos. Cuenta con una terraza hermosa y con vista privilegiada . Un restaurante espectacular. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos prontamente a La Joya.

Fuimos por una escapada rápida y fue maravilloso, un gran descubrimiento y una verdadera joya. Definitivamente volveremos. tienen un restaurante también que hace que no tengas que salir a comer por la noche y unos muy buenos precios, además tienen descuentos en varias cosas. El personal fue maravilloso y nos dieron grandiosas recomendaciones. En definitiva, fue una buena elección en Valparaíso.
