Because it is 2 orders, the evaluation is the same. A top-notch hotel designed by top designers, combined with the beautiful environment of Vals, is the pinnacle. The service is very good. The hotel's functions are introduced in detail. The fruits, chocolates and drinks provided in the room are abundant. The exquisite catering and delicious food are very satisfying. The impeccable hot springs provide the best physical and mental experience. It is not something that can be covered by "luxury". It has more connotations worth savoring and an experience that is more than worth the money.

V small & inconvenient design room . Dark & narrow. No shower privacy. Not enough shelving or counter top . No one to orient room controls. All use iPad. Black v dark lobby & restaurant & bar. Poor breakfast service. Waited 10 minutes no one takes tea order. No hot food menu. Not replenished tea pot. No air conditioning or TV in room Spa has cracked walls & rusted plumbing . One restaurant located outside hotel 5 minutes walk. Food v salty. Quiet hotel At night loud jazz music at bar .

Amazing hotel. Therme spa was the highlight. Really enjoyed myself, wished I could have stayed longer. Next time will come back in the summer.

Der Empfang war total unterkühlt gehandhabt und nicht einem 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel würdig. Die Zimmer des House of Architects sind unterirdisch in jeglicher Hinsicht: Viel zu klein (kaum vorstellbar dass die Zimmer tatsächlich der angegebenen Grösse entsprechen), kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Sessel oder Sofa vorhanden. Mangelnde Sauberkeit (viele Haare und Fussel im Bett), keine Handseife (auf Nachfrage hiess es, man solle den Douche-Gel verwenden!?). Ein TV ist nicht verbaut. Auf Nachfrage erhält man einen mobilen TV in der Grösse eines iPad. In der Therme sind Mobiltelefone verboten. Es sei mal dahingestellt, ob es dabei darum geht, Gäste nicht zu stören, oder ob man vermeiden will, dass neben den Hochglanzfotos noch reale Bilder entstehen. Die Hotel und Spa Mitarbeitenden reagieren bei Kritik-/ Reklamationen sehr forsch und wenig lösungsorientiert und die Direktorin traut sich auch auf Verlangen nicht vor die Gäste zu treten. Ein absolutes Armutszeugnis. Der Mittagsservice an der Bar war das einzige, was es positiv hervorzuheben gilt. Die Gebäudefassade widerspiegelt den Gesamteindruck des Hotels: Vorne eine schöne Fassade, dahinter findet man leider wenig vom versprochenen Glanz. Wir sind noch am Ersten Tag wieder abgereist.

I had read some negative reviews about the hotel before my stay, which made me a little anxious. However, when I arrived, I quickly realised that there was nothing to worry about. My experience at the hotel and the baths was absolutely dreamy. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well-designed, and I had a magical time in the thermal bath at a slow pace. I had an unforgettable experience at the hotel, I just wished I could stay longer.

We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the bath. Everything was really great...we loved it. Staff was great, all is very quiet and you can enjoy a unique environment in the alps. I would encourage anyone to try it if you can get there....:)
