Amazing property, more of nature connected. The location is appreciable. Food is average. Service needs to be improved. The property is neat and clean.

Property is very good and with natural ambiance, food was excellent, however room had a door lock damaged and flush was so much high pressure that water was coming out of commode. Room needs more attention.

Overall a decent place to stay and best place near tithal beach with humble receptionist tanay. But security was not upto the mark and anyone can get inside without any questions asked from security. Also, my flat was a deluxe room n i paid for it but washroom was under maintenance. Wooden door with no ply or jet spray damaged. Even i had to ask for tv which was not present. They have to be proactive before allotting room to guests for checkin for these things. I feel they can improve on these things and provide best staying experience for future visits. Thanks. Shanti resort is pathetic, the top end cottages are so hot without proper air conditioning. There is no adequate lighting in the resort in night and near the cottage, it becomes pitch dark. No proper toiletries kept and no intercom too. They only give mobile number to call. Reception area is so hot, no one can sit as well

Very clean room and nice service

Stairs at entry & exit without side railings not even ramp for wheelchair access. Otherwise ok
