Very good location for visiting Detroit the next day. Very easy to get to. Nobody came to the desk when we were checking out though, and some of the furniture had old stains. Will stay again if needed tho

Our shuttle driver Tom was excellent...vehicle was very clean....Tom got us to the airport in a timely manner and was very helpful with our luggage..............................................................................

Stayed here for an early bird flight. Got in late, left early. First glance, seemed ok. Not nice, but ok. Our room had beer caps on the floor and TV stand. The fridge didn’t work at all. We were already unpacked, so I got a lot of ice. The toilet seat was barely on. The bathroom floors had chunks of debris on them. Morning came and the TV didn’t work to leave the room unattended for a period of time. The hallway had garbage on the floor, rugs that were all garbled making them dangerous to guests. This place was seriously one of the grossest places I’ve ever stayed. I wish I’d had time to take all the pictures.

We appreciate the speedy and attentive service at the Baymont hotel. Steve picked us up in a timely manner and we’ll be using this service again soon. Staff at the hotel were friendly and offered coffee and breakfast. Prices are competitive too.

Michael is always super helpful and very kind, definitely one of the most welcoming hotels i have been too. Mlpfulichael was excellent and communicated greatly and helpful. It is conviently located near by airport. Hotel was with good environment and helpful

Rooms were nice, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Offered parking which is why we chose this hotel but was told by phone reservations it was $6 a night but was actually more and to pay less then $12 they wanted at check in you have to download an app for another company to pay for parking in their lot. That was very confusing but would still stay again.

I was there simply to use airport parking. Peter, the front desk person, was kind and helpful at 3am as I waited for the first shuttle. He even made a fresh batch of coffee for me. Great service. Clifford, the shuttle driver, was also fantastic. Helpful and kind so early in the morning. My only issue was on the way back the shuttle stopped at 11:30 instead of 12 like site says. I had to pay for an Uber since my flight was delayed enough that I could not get the shuttle.
