It was very clean. There was not a single speck of trash on the ground, and the sheets had no stains or smells, so I think this hotel is worth more than its price.
As an added bonus, breakfast was included, so it felt like a luxury experience for the price.

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle.
The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast.
While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.

i booked this hotel but security situation in van is very bad and dangerous at that time and i want to change or cancel my booking and the hotel staff and manager do not accept and they are very bad and i am not happy with them this is not acceptable

Der Besitzer ist toll umd kümmert sich gern darum daß die Gäste auch etwas von der Umgebung sehen und erfahren.
Mich hat er persönlich zu den ineressanten Orten gefahren.
Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Zentrum.
