Repairs and replacements are in need in this room. Pictures of the couch and ottomans, unraveling rug section, mini frige is not level so the door catches on the cabinet frame. From the scraping marks it has been that way for some time. Disappointing. Everything else was fine.

Furniture in the room was worn out. A few stains on the pillow cases. Would stay here again for the value and the staff was great!

We booked this Double Tree in Vancouver WA on 4/12. When we got there we were shocked by the reviews stating mold and ripped up furniture and asked the front desk if what we read about the room conditions were true. They confirmed and we asked for a renovated room, they said they weren't ready. I said then we don't want to stay here, they said that's fine but don't cancel now. If you no-show it's easier for us to refund you when you call the manager back on Monday. So we drove 3 hours home. I call for the refund and the systems are down, call back later in the week and they say oh because we charged you we can't refund you. Excuse me? You told me to do this. The manager Amanda said she wasn't there so she's not responsible for what her staff told me. I said that's not remotely true and she said oh well let me get their side of the story because they didn't put any notes in. As the manager Amanda is responsible for the interaction and lack of notes. Amanda shows NO inclination of helping in this situation, didn't even take my contact info before ending the call. I booked DoubeTree because it's DoubleTree, this hotel does not meet that standard. We default to Hilton when were looking at hotels because of the standards, because of the service. This experience obliterated that perception. Low standards, standoff-ish and dismissive service. I can find that anywhere.

My stay was great! The breakfast was okay…the serving room was disorganized and lacking good access to plates and bowls.. no coffee access. Had to wait for the server. The person in front of me checking in was not treated with an accommodating attitude . There was no shuttle for her available the next morning back to the airport. Even though the website states that there was. She had to pay to get back to the airport.

The furniture in the room was ripped and worn. The elevator did not work for 3 out of the 4 days I was there. The restaurant had nothing on the menu. I wanted pizza which was on the menu but they had no pizza dough. They basically told me what they had and I had to take it or not. I picked this hotel because it offered a restaurant.

Checked in by Alex and they were so helpful!! Super sweet and friendly and answered all my questions. An amazing experience, despite some issues with payment from my company. The rooms are under renovations and so the furniture wasn't the prettiest but the layout was amazing. If I have the opportunity I would love to stay again!

After completing a cross country flight, I didn’t want to show up to our family members home after midnight so we thought we would book a room on points and visit family first thing in the morning. When I went into the app to checkin, I found that points were deducted and reservation cancelled. I immediately contacted the hotel which confirmed reservation was in the system. So we get to hotel (2am), checked in - only to get a room that was not fit for animals. Immediately reached out to front desk to be told there are no other rooms because they are renovating. With the stain on the linen and the crazy hour, we laid down with our clothes on to catch a nap so we can leave at sunrise. Horrible experience- makes me wonder should I dump all of Hilton investments. This is totally unacceptable.

We stayed at your Vancouver location on March 23rd-25th 2024. When we got back to the room the evening of the 23rd, my daughter got into bed and quickly asked me”mom am I bleeding”? I responded no, you are not. I quickly removed the sheets from her bed and called the front desk and received blankets ( the brown rough ones). My daughter was completely grossed out and very uncomfortable. The next morning I contacted the front desk via the app. I was chatting with Renee L, I explained to her what happed -the blankets were collected that morning. We went back and forth for a bit and what was offered was a free breakfast we don’t eat hotel breakfast and 5000 points and both are useless to us since we won’t be coming back to a Hilton again. I’m very disappointed , this is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Whose blood is this, are they sick? Do they have a disease now you guys have put my daughter at risk for a health issue. It wasn’t old blood either, it is fresh blood it’s completely disgusting. Not to mention the down comforter that was under the sheet had stains all over it I feel it’s very unsanitary, and you put our health at risk. I’m sure all of your employees have been through OSHA training.
