Was able to get a last-minute room, overall the stay was decent. Only issue I had was, they were doing construction on the rooms below my room. I was not informed at the time I checked in that there would be construction going on before 7am. Being woken up by ungodly noises echoing in the hotel room was not the best experience. I did speak to the front desk about the noise issue. They apologized and stated they would not put guests above construction rooms moving forward.

I booked through *******. Was then charged 100.00 security at the hotel when I checked in. Its been about a month and I havent recieved my deposit back. I called the hotel and corprate and was told it was released 5 days ago and I need to wait another week before anything can be done.

My stays here are always good. This is always a staycation for the BF and I but this past week was for a special occasion and Taylor and Victoria's customer service were amazing! They made our stay that much more special. I would reccommend this property to EVERYONE. Clean, safe, and the rooms are very nice. If you can book the honeymoon suite you will not be disappointed, it was beautiful. I will be staying here again for sure!

Early check, all the staff were so helpful and kind. We got lots of use out of the gym and pool, which were very clean and stocked with towels. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were quick to refill things and clean things up. Will definitely stay again

Spacious clean room, shower water pressure low, TV needed a code to operate, otherwise convenient check in and location!! Will stay there again on our next visit!

The staff was kind and friendly.
The light bulb in a lamp needs replacing and the door molding needs fixing. The metal piece sticking out of the door molding could be a safety issue.
The housekeeping staff were fantastic
Breakfast was good, but could be improved with more tea options.
I think there was a LOT of chlorine in the spa

My daughter stayed overnight at this hotel during a trip with her high school jazz band. When she returned home she realized she had left her prescription medication in the hotel room. She called the hotel and the person she spoke with confirmed that medication had been found in the room she stayed in and mailed it back to us at no cost. The medication returned to us with a business card for Taylor Adams, general manager and I want to thank Taylor for excellent customer service. Thank you!
