We had 3 rooms for one night on Sunday, November 19. We booked here because it is close to PDX and we had an early flight. The room was large, clean, and relaxing. I brought my white jade necklace for luck and protection. HMMM, I didn't want to lose it so I hung it on the lamp on the desk above my purse. In the rush to get to the airport, I forgot to grab my necklace! I was in the air when I remembered. OH NO! I called the hotel and Kathy tried to help. She even told me that my granddaughter's boyfriend left his wallet in the room. They were unable to find my necklace and I counted it as gone. Holleigh continued the search. So far unsuccessful. I was sad. Then, on Tuesday, November 21, I got a call! Housekeeping found it! They did not give up and looked for it again! They shipped it back to me and I got it today. Thank you to Hampton Inn for a relaxing and wonderful stay and for getting my necklace back to me. Very much appreciated. I appreciate the exceptional customer service! Thank you Hampton Inn!
