The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a great lobby.
The hotel has a clean swimming pool in which you can enjoy until 10pm.
My only issue was that the sofa bed didn’t appear to be clean. I found long human hair on the bed before I was going to lay down.

When I made the reservation I made to sure to call and state that we had a pet. When we arrived we were told that we couldn’t have our cat who was in Vancouver for a procedure. The receptionist dramatically started coughing and sniffling after she found out we had a cat, claiming she was allergic. Yet she was fine before hand. She then asked a coworker if we could have the cat and they saw no problem with this. So instead of the $30 pet fee we had to pay a $250 pet fee and were told that we could not let her out of the cage or leave the room. So where is this no cat policy? I’ve not seen one. Or was the receptionist being dramatic? Not sure but I’m not impressed.

The hotel was nice! Big, clean, updated & modern with nice amenities and a great location! Initially we were very pleased and looking forward to booking multiple more times this year with our teams. However, the staff service was not accommodating or helpful, and our whole team felt it. It was one thing after another. Very disappointed ☹️

Reservation was easy online. Location was pretty easy to find off of the I-5. Check-in customer service was great! There a little brew pub close by that’s family friendly, grocery stores and amenities close by. Our room was spacious, we easily fit two pack-n-plays for our toddlers and had plenty of room to move around.

Good value for price, staff friendly and helpful, clean and updated with charging ports and lights. Good WiFi connectivity in room. Location is good and easy to get to other Vancouver locations. Typical room appliances like pod coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave. Restaurant is per charge but looked good.

Check in easy but reception area is really sp**** and unwelcoming but staff friendly and efficient. Room was nice and clean and all good. Swimming pool and hot tub really nice. Didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment although all the food seemed to be served in a basket. Overall a great stay at a good price
