The location of the house is very good. It is convenient for shopping in downtown. Gastown and Canada Square are all within walking distance. It is also not far from Stanley Park and can be easily reached by bus. There is a T&T supermarket downstairs, which has everything you want to eat.

Place is clean and cosy, owner is very friendly and provided all necessary amenities, responds via whatsapp very promptly.
Location was very near downtown, there is a Chinese supermarket (T&T Supermarket) downstairs the apartment which served cooked food and has a bakery - convenient to grab breakfast / lunch. Apartment is in a gated development so it is very safe. Overall highly recommend!

Good size apartment. Services can be better. No AC. Carpark difficult to find but in the building. Should provide basic coffee making facility. Clean but could be improved given the price paid for the apartment. Good correspondence with the owner.

Environment: The location is right in the city center, and there is a large chain supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient! So here, we cooked the most meals this year😆
Service: The landlord is very enthusiastic❤️Since we had to go directly to the airport after the meeting on the last day, but we had too much luggage, it was inconvenient to take it to the venue... The landlord asked us to put the luggage in the room, and then helped us load the car, and sent it directly to the airport after the meeting👍🏻Must give a thumbs up!

Friendly and responsible owner. Place is spacious with 2 washrooms. There’s a supermarket nearby. Nice view . Gd place to rest after outdoor activities. Walking distance to sky train station. Reasonably priced .
