It is a good place if you want to save money while still being near the city centre. The place is conveniently located near the city where there are a lot of eateries, bakeries and others, making it a convenient choice if you want to explore the city centre.
However, the facilities and amenities are not good. The towels are very bad quality and the room is very cold during winter. Asked them to fix the heater but nobody came so I couldn’t sleep that night.

Great location, very convenient for transport and shopping. It's an old guesthouse that's been renovated, so it has wooden floors. Sound insulation between floors isn't the best, and there's no elevator. The shared bathrooms and kitchen are good. They're currently installing a communal washing machine.

The location was fantastic! It was super easy to get to the city center, so we had no trouble finding places to sightsee or eat. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby, which made getting around during our stay incredibly convenient.
On the other hand, there was a gap under our room door, and we could hear some noise from the hallway and the bathroom area. This was especially noticeable at night, so if you're looking for a really quiet stay, you might want to keep that in mind.
Overall, the excellent location was a major plus, and I felt it offered decent value for money.

The location was convenient, and the reasonable pricing makes it a good fit for trips focused on exploring the city on foot. Just be aware that there are only stairs, which could be a struggle if you have a lot of luggage.

We had a spacious room with a fridge and a sink. The bathrooms are shared but they‘re clean and nice. The kitchen is also clean and has a microwave, tea, coffee and cuttlery. The price is quite high. The staff is very friendly. We would come back.

Good location. Better price than surrounding places. Good service. Rooms could be cleaner. Would be better have been provided with white towels rather than dark blue. Too few facilities for that many rooms on a floor.

Very close to downtown. 20-25min walk to waterfront. Room is clean, and the shared shower room and washroom are clean as well. Personally, the shampoo is not suitable for me. If that matters, I suggest that bring small sample by yourself. My room faces the main street, it was noisy after the happy hour(lol), I dont have sleeping problem, so it didnt bother me at all. They do offer earplugs. You can get them from front desk. Btw, the staff was very nice at the front desk.

The staff seemed friendly, but the cleanliness was terrible. There was hair on the bedding, and the room had a strange odor.
