We had a reservation with run house type. Luckily, we got a queen suite room with kitchen. The room was spacious with all amenities you need. Love it!

Good value for a quick stopover. The staff are lovely and the location is perfect for transit users, with bus stops just a short walk away. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, though the fan was a bit noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, try to request a room away from the stairs/gate to avoid the sound of people passing by. Since it faces an adjacent building, it's very quiet at night with no street noise.

Very good location. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. There’s overflowing coffee at the lobby and they clean the room everyday. One of the beds in my room needs replacement, and the carpet is old and it gives the room a bit of smell. Overall, the experience was good!

Good Location! It is only walking distance either Canada line or Expo line..
Service/Facility is great... there is a self service coffee corn at the lobby area. The guest laundry room is a PLUS. The charge is reasonable,i.e. CAD3 for washer/dryer per load and CAD2 each for detegent and softener. It only takes 30 minutes for washing and 60 minutes for drying...

The internet service were so awful as in we had not use it for the duration of our stay as the signal were to slow and intermittent , according to them they change their provider maybe its affected the signal, thought they provide us with free breakfast voucher. The 2nd level where not good as below where the Bar with loud noise and loud Base sound as it vibrate when as sleep.
