La Résidence du Parc Vanves

This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a one-minute walk across the street to Hall 7 of the exhibition center (which is the convention center). The staff are super friendly and the rooms are spacious, with a kitchen which is a huge plus. There's a Carrefour supermarket and a metro station both about a 10-minute walk away. My only minor gripes are that the bathroom has a partial barrier which isn't ideal, and as it's an apartment hotel, there's no daily housekeeping – ordering a cleaning seems to cost around 40 Euros. Overall, I highly recommend it for its great value for money.

Wonderful place

Very pleasantly surprised by this residence, a very clean room, well prepared and in addition very well received by the manager at reception. Ideally located opposite the exhibition center, I would not hesitate to return.

1. This was the first accommodation I stayed at during my trip to Europe, and it was so clean and nice that it raised my standards for European lodging. 2. I wanted to stay there again when I returned to Paris, but it was fully booked, which was quite disappointing. 3. The location is a bit far from the subway station, which might be inconvenient, but the facilities were so clean that I could overlook that. 4. There is a Carrefour nearby, so I used it frequently.

Quiet area, newly renovated and modern apartment

房間寬敞又明亮，住的非常舒服。配有微波爐和冰箱，還有完整的廚具，自己加工食物非常方便。周邊有家樂福、中國菜、日餐廳等非常方便。
