Hotel Grand Heritage

Room was not worth the payment.

I visited here with my family but no hygiene and room is smelling. No proper in cleaning. Overall experience is very poor.

At first day fan was not working & we were insisted to change allotted room. Then when we told that we need two nearby rooms then it was repaired. Low water pressure old & faulty bathroom fittings shower not working properly shower adjustment not working to fix it at required position while taking bath no exhaust in toilet bathroom bathroom has glass windows connected with bedroom which was just closed by pasting a newspaper

they have posted a good photos, while reality is totally different because zero cleanliness in rooms as well as in washroom. They have charged more but the quality and facilities in room is zero

I was stayed in the hotel grand heritage, in da***. Nice room, but there was no any car parking facility, you have to parked your car on road side. Hotel was under renovation. Room service was good and food is also good. Bathroom was average.

Worst hotel i have lived in my life. They charge rs for a congested room that would cost not more than 1500 and on top of that the room stinks. The room smells so bad that you get a headache. Upon complaining to the hotel ***ager the solution provided was a room spray, that would give you more headache. Rudest ***ager ever. They wont care for you! don't make decision based on the photos they have provided. I have attached photos below, check them and then book. You can get far better rooms near beach in da*** then this utter pathetic hotel. We hardly stayed for 1 hour in the hotel and were given zero refund and a rude behavior by the ***ager.

It's pleasant stay at hotel. Good hotel service. Testy food. Co operative service staff. Good location.
