Room is clean. Staff service is also good. Room is spacious too. But air condition is very poor. It is not working at all.

The hotel experience was disastrous. No wifi on top floor
no set top box
breakfast was not there at all
i am really expecting a refund of atleast 50% for this kind of disastrous experience

Good location value for money staff is very co operative. Even this hotel provides car washing. Food is good and there is a good verity for breakfast

There was no sep up box in the room to view the tv programes. No hot water avaiable despite the provision avaiable. Reception staff is unable to find the booking done through make my trip due to the incompetency in operating the the computer system. De***ded money for press booking but not bothered to contact your end.
