It was not a relaxing experience. Starting from the reception, rude staff. They assigned us a room where renovation work began above ours every morning. As early as eight in the morning we could hear hammering, using the hose, pieces of wall or plasterboard falling and loud communication between them. The works continue all morning and then speaking to the reception, knowing of this mix-up, they tell us that they continue until five in the afternoon. It was impossible to rest with these repetitive and annoying noises. The shower was terrible. We found worms on the shower tray twice. Maybe we come from upstairs due to renovations. Acceptable cleanliness. Only after discussing this mix-up did they begin to pay more attention to cleanliness. Terrible table service. Some people even seemed annoyed when we asked for a glass of water or a spoon. Once they even ignored us without even bringing us a drink once we were seated. Melia is the worst hotel experience and chain I have ever tried. I would never choose it again in the future, I do not recommend it.

It was our first time to stay at this all-inclusive hotel. It was hygienic, convenient and very close to the seaside. It was in line with our expectations. It was 8 kilometers away from VIAZUL station and cost about ten US dollars. I booked an all-inclusive room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining experience was also very good. The omelettes and steaks were delicious. The evening activities were also very lively. It was a worthwhile trip!

Dentro de cuba lo mejor a lo que fuimos! El bufet muy completo, la gente muy amable, buenas instalaciones, muy buenas playas!

Muy buena atención del personal, buen servicio, animación y limpieza. Solo señalar que deberían habilitar algún bar en la playa porque el más cercano no funciona hasta las 11:00 am y el de la piscina queda lejos de la playa.

Excelente hotel, la instalación es muy limpia, la playa también. El servicio es de un hotel 5 estrellas, la comida es variada y de excelente calidad, super amables son todos los trabajadores con los clientes sin excepción. Si les gusta tirar se foto los baños del lobby son un excelente lugar para hacerlo, siempre super limpios y bonitos. Mi habitación con una vista a la piscina increíble. Regresaré. Me gusto este este hotel. Estuve con mi pareja y no voy a ir a ningún otro hotel que no sea este. La comida es variada. La animación entretenida y el servicio de forma general es lo mejor que tiene el hotel. La limpieza de la habitación impecable.
