Horrible food. Everything is missing, from bread for breakfast to toilet paper in the bathrooms. I don't recommend it to anyone. Although the beach is beautiful and the hotel's structure is not bad, being left without even decent food and even options to buy is desperate. The drinks are also poorly made and always run out. I do not recommend.

The food is terrible and you can't be outside because of the amount of mosquitoes.

Nothing more than good territory. Horrible old standard rooms, the food in the restaurant is terrible, it's not edible at all! There are fleas or something else in the rooms, everyone is bitten, and so are we. All sockets are broken, the bed is broken. In general, at your own peril and risk. I couldn’t stand 2 weeks in this hotel, it’s good that I only took 6 days.

It was a wonderful stay! I arrived a few hours before check-in time and the very friendly attendant allowed me to enjoy the hotel. Arriving at the beach I came across a paradise, with a bar with a variety of drinks, beers and very friendly staff. Dinner and lunch have plenty of variety. The shows at night are a lot of fun, in short a wonderful experience. I recommend it to all my friends in Brazil and around the world! The only point that bothered me was that I noticed that the room door didn't lock from the inside, I had to lean over an armchair to sleep, which I consider a serious security problem, as it is a very large hotel. But anyway, I congratulate all the employees for their friendliness and patience, even with those who don't speak fluent Spanish. I will always remember :)

I don’t know if it makes sense to complain about a hotel when the whole country is living incomprehensibly. It’s all sad, of course, but at the end, after the influx of people, it became scary, because the food was almost completely gone. And so the sea, sun, beach - fire

Very bad!! We arrived the rooms were not ready!! Problems with the keys we couldn't enter the room!! The air wet the entire bed!! They did not replenish towels or comfort!! The piece was very humid due to water leaks!! The reception staff serves very badly!! They have lunch in the gardens full of flies!! Very low quality of food!! The truth is that this hotel in Chile would be closed for being unhealthy!!

Despite being booked, the hotel was full and Trip sent us to another hotel, apparently smaller and older, frustrating our expectations.

We were travelling around Cuba and decided to spend our last 2 days relaxing in a resort . After travelling for 8 hours , as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that our reservation was cancelled hours before the check in. The front desk was not helpful and refused to provide the wifi so we could connect with trip.com. After a long stress, they offered us the wifi and trip.com was contacted and the issue “ solved”. The check in is at 4pm, not 2pm as mentioned on the description. The room was not well maintained with stains all over and very uncomfortable bed. The facilities such as restaurants, pool , were “ok”. Food was bad unfortunately and we did not enjoy , specially the breakfast. We had also short of bread and water during our stay( we cannot blame the hotel for that” The drinks were fine, not many options and staff only seems happy upon tipping. The only positive thing was the beach! Amazing! As much as we understand the Cuban economy and all how it affect the hotel, we were expecting something much better. If you want to have a real Cuban experience, stay with the casas and not at resorts!

The resort is huge and has a wonderful structure. The bar services were good and the meals were also very good (they serve a lot of fish for lunch and dinner). The cleaning of the rooms could be better, but overall it was a good stay.
