It was a bad choice to stay at this hotel. The location is reasonable but the services are very poor. Room 1 - room smelled of urine, shower head "fell" on the head when showering, clogged toilet, had to be clearly cleaned, hand towels offered as bath towels, blanket with holes. Room 2. Dark, moldy and flooded on a rainy day. Collective bathrooms at reception and swimming pool without being sanitized, very dirty, without paper and soap. Pool bar- not clean, dirty slippery floor Pool environment - food and cigarette remains around, lots of dirt and carelessness. Restaurant - repetitive menu, wet/dirty plates, glasses and cutlery. Etc etc etc. ,

Spent a "wonderful" 4 nights at this hotel. Pros: ⁃ daily cleaning ⁃ only a couple of minutes to the ocean ⁃ Since the hotel is located at the very beginning of the island, the concentration of people is minimal ⁃ The presence of unlimited alcohol: beer is very acceptable, they pour a lot of rum, they do not regret ⁃ Availability of the Pool ⁃ Air conditioning in the room does a great job Minuses: ⁃ lack of hot water, although we were promised to fix it every day ⁃ Lack of large towels ⁃ Entertainment program every day until 23:00, which is very loud in the room ⁃ Meager and monotonous food (but this is not surprising for Cuba) ⁃ Lack of free wi-fi. At least for 30 minutes. Only paid 1 hour = 1 euro ⁃ Lack of plastic looms. Used disposable cups are washable, for refilling drinks

Very well located and clean place. It lacks maintenance but it is compensated by the natural beauty of the place and the excellent service of the staff. WiFi internet would be a great improvement (included in the price).

The inclusive price is very expensive. The private beach was also beautiful and nice. On the other hand, is it a socialist country, buffet food is not good enough. Well, I think we have to try to understand that there are difficulties in procuring ingredients in a socialist country. It may be good because you don't eat too much (laughs).
