The location of the hotel is great. The ocean and beach are incomparable. All inclusive is not like other tourist destinations due to the nature of Cuba. Don't expect a wide variety of food. Mostly rice, chicken, fish. I liked the pineapples that were always there. Drinks ran out from time to time, but there were always two or three options to choose from. There are a lot of flies, just like everywhere else in Cuba. They try to maintain cleanliness, but still the plates had to be chosen to be cleaner, the cutlery was wiped with napkins. Room cleaning every day. The room is old, but everything looks decent. Not far from the hotel there is street food and a store (although the selection is not very large). There was a program every day, the beer was delicious, there were several cocktails to choose from, but we didn’t try them. We went to the restaurant twice (you can make an appointment at the reception at 13:00, they serve the menu for free). Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Very friendly staff, very good location, with direct access to spectacular beaches. The facilities are a bit neglected, but it is a very good hotel

The attention was very bad, the room had nothing to do with the one I booked, it had nothing superior, the food was good, I had nothing to eat after 10 at night

Fue una locura reservar pues no tenían disponibilidad en las páginas ni en los buros de reserva pero por suerte pudimos encontrar un hueco y aquí estamos... Plasmo mi experiencia porque vi comentarios y opiniones negativas pero el hotel está muy bueno con bellas piscinas, una super ubicación y excelente calidad de las comidas con variedad, belleza y buen gusto, las cuales pude agradecer a Duniesqui por mediación de Bryan que hicieron de mi visita una grata experiencia.

No tengo palabras para describir mi experiencia pues fue muy grata. Disfrute de las exelentes piscinas con las que cuenta el hotel, de sus bares y su variedad de alimentos en el buffet. Pero gracias a la ubicación del hotel pude conocer bellos lugares con la compañía de Brayan, el lo sabe todo, jajaja. Mis agradecimientos a todos sus trabajadores.

Exelente hotel con buenas ofertas atractivas ;claro, acordé a los tiempos que estamos viviendo pero con un personal muy atento, piscinas bellas y limpias, la bebida y comida variada y bien elaborada. Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación con cercanía de discotecas, bares y restaurantes varios. Gracias a mi bro Brayan y espero vernos pronto. Un abrazo.
