Расположение отеля шикарное. Океан и пляж бесподобен. «Все включено» не похоже на другие туристические места в силу особенностей кубы. Большого разнообразия еды не ждите. В основном рис, курица, рыба. Понравились ананасы которые были всегда. Напитки время от времени заканчивались, но всегда можно было выбрать из двух-трех вариантов. Мух много, как и везде на Кубе. Чистоту стараются поддерживать, но все же тарелки приходилось выбирать, чтобы были почище, приборы протирали салфетками. Уборка в номере каждый день. Номер хоть и старенький, но все выглядит прилично. Недалеко от отеля есть стрит фуд, магазин(правда ассортимент не очень большой) Программа была каждый день, пиво вкусное, было на выбор несколько коктейлей, но мы их не пробовали. Дважды сходили в ресторан( можно записаться на ресепшене в 13:00, по меню кормят бесплатно). По соотношению цена-качество отличный отель. Спасибо обслуживающему персоналу за теплый прием

Personal muy amable, ubicación muy buena, con acceso directo a unas playas espectaculares. Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, pero es un muy buen hotel

W pokoju klimatyzacja podkręcona maksymalnie nie dawała optymalnego efektu.Hotel nie leży bezpośrednio nad morzem, trzeba przejść przez główną ulicę i potem jeszcze ścieżką około 100 metrów. Barek przy plaży nie jest w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie, też trzeba podchodzić do niego kilka metrów.Jedzenie monotonne, owoce i desery zawsze te same.

Un buen hotel con cómodas habitaciones; no son las mejores, pero cumplen su función de ir a dormir cómodamente... igual, a varadero no se va a estarse en la habitación. Los colchones son buenos, buena presión de agua, aire acondicionado, nevera, tv (claro que es poco lo que se usa). La gente del bar y del restaurante muy amables por lo general, en recepción algunos queridos, otros no tanto. La comida del restaurante es abundante, pero casi siempre lo mismo (muchas opciones, pero todos los días son las mismas) y digamos que mejor que otros lugares, pero no es que nos haya gustado mucho (sería la diferencia de sazón... quién sabe). Se que tienen unos restaurantes mas “gourmet” pero es con reserva y solo trabajan creo que viernes, sábado y domingo o algo así La piscina es agradable y bien ubicada, nada malo que decir La playa... solo 3-5 minutos caminando con bar y snacks del hotel todo el día, muy hermosa, segura y espaciosa. Según la hora es complicado conseguir sillas de sol (mucha gente), pero definitivamente la playa vale la pena. Es limpia y el agua es de buena temperatura

The worst experience i have ever had..i have been to many other countries spending night in hostels..and in Greece camping almost all around Greece... That hotel was awful...so dirty..so rude..no safety and locks in the room...the door..no washrooms working no evelevator..no cleaning room..not clean towels..not toilet paper ... i asked for betadinin the hotel ...never existed..you can NOT be injured in the hotel... The service..smiley only when we were.giving them clithes or jewelleries or tip..otherwise no..we started to eat in a table that we chose nobody was there nothing at the table..and the waitress came ..took our plates put them in another table ..i was pised off i asked why..and she said here is somebody else..and when he showed.up she was smiley and here is upur seat.because he gave tip before ...the.towels that continiously we were asking whenever they were changing them they were dirty..the plates the forks..oh my god i realised i was eating spaggetti with a fork that had uncleaned egg...D I S C U S T I N G . . . This place is a zero star hotel from the people to what they serve.. I was.poisoned the first day...throwing up 10 hours..and all the week diaroia me and my boyfriend... It doesnt worth it..you dont save money..pay some more and check the reviews before you waste your money and you be in danger...

Super toll würde immer wieder in Kuba dieses Hotel wählen!! Service, das Essen die Unterhaltungmöglichkeiten, auch am letzten Tag konnte man noch die Dusche benutzen u. war mit dem Personal ausgezeichnet besetzt. Gruß Ingrid Kristen

Não sei nem por onde começar, acredito que foi um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei na vida! Ja tive oportunidade de me hospedar em hotéis categorizados como all inclusive e este foi simplesmente terrível, as bebidas são da pior qualidade e a comida então, nem se fala, sempre servem a mesma coisa. Não há limpeza, para se ter ideia, em um dos dias, vimos uma barata passeando pela salada. A piscina está toda detonada com os azulejos todos caindo, está claro que quase não há reparos e manutenção. Ah sim, para piorar a experiência, chegamos de um passeio e quase não havia água para se tomar banho, o que tinha era totalmente fria! Quando liguei na recepção, a atendente falou que não havia o que se fazer, pois o hotel todo estava com esse problema. Existe hotel pior? Creio que não!!!
