The location of the hotel is great. The ocean and beach are incomparable. All inclusive is not like other tourist destinations due to the nature of Cuba. Don't expect a wide variety of food. Mostly rice, chicken, fish. I liked the pineapples that were always there. Drinks ran out from time to time, but there were always two or three options to choose from. There are a lot of flies, just like everywhere else in Cuba. They try to maintain cleanliness, but still the plates had to be chosen to be cleaner, the cutlery was wiped with napkins. Room cleaning every day. The room is old, but everything looks decent. Not far from the hotel there is street food and a store (although the selection is not very large). There was a program every day, the beer was delicious, there were several cocktails to choose from, but we didn’t try them. We went to the restaurant twice (you can make an appointment at the reception at 13:00, they serve the menu for free). Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Thanks to the service staff for the warm welcome

Very friendly staff, very good location, with direct access to spectacular beaches. The facilities are a bit neglected, but it is a very good hotel

The attention was very bad, the room had nothing to do with the one I booked, it had nothing superior, the food was good, I had nothing to eat after 10 at night

Everything is fine, the food is normal, there are clubs nearby

Exelente hotel con buenas ofertas atractivas ;claro, acordé a los tiempos que estamos viviendo pero con un personal muy atento, piscinas bellas y limpias, la bebida y comida variada y bien elaborada. Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación con cercanía de discotecas, bares y restaurantes varios. Gracias a mi bro Brayan y espero vernos pronto. Un abrazo.

Hola hotel Palma Real quiero agradecerles a todos por su buen trabajo en especial a las chicas de habitaciones y gastronomía todo excelente y con buena calidad un saludo para la chica del bar de la piscina táctica excelente chica al chica de relaciones pública Brayan y en especial en la animación al chico Obama Jr que es lo máximo en animación tremendo talento este chico Obama jr

Super con los cañones de la fiesta espuma en la piscinas la verdad muy divertido desde q llegue la pasa muy bien en la recepcion miy buena y muy amables espero volver el proximo año.pasaria mis vacasiones de nuevo ahi pq es econmico y tienen un buen servicio

Excelente hotel tanto como en servicio calidad y amabilidad de los trabajadores,regresaría nuevamente sin pensarlo

En las habitaciones los colchones están espectaculares al igual que la atención de todos los trabajadores. Pero deberían ver los amenites porque en la nuestra faltaron algunos. La comida in moriscos pero excelentes . La animación del hotel también me pareció buena. Un saludo a Brayan, mulatos del bar lobby y a la señora de las tortillas que las hace espectaculares, todo lo contrario al señor gordo. Y espero poder regresar en Julio.
