Très beau séjour a Varadero. Petite hotel très propre, plage superbe, personnel très gentil, chambres très propres, nourriture très correcte avec la situation économique du pays. Animation seulement en fin d'après midi jusqu'a 23h. Clientèle d'age mature en général, pas beaucoup d'enfants

Somos una pareja de Cubanos de Viñales que visitamos este hotel en la semana pasada. Es un hotel pequeño pero muy bien distribuido, un servicio de extrema calidad, muy limpio, todas las personas siempre están a tu disposición, he estado en hoteles 5 estrellas que te paras en la barra del bar a pedir algo y te pasas buen rato para que te atiendan y en este está prohibido ir a la barra, te sientas y no pasa 1 segundo y ya te están atendiendo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y muy bonitas, claro sencillas, es un 3 estrellas. Felicitar a la camarera que me atendió, me ayudó hasta con necesidades que tuve y me lo trajo de Cárdenas. Fue la que atiende la habitación 1107. Todo muy especial, solo 2 detalles a regañar y el primero no fue culpa del hotel sino de la central de reservas que no pasó mi reservación y fue con bastante tiempo de antelación y cuando llegamos al hotel no teníamos disponibilidad pero después de varias gestiones del jefe de recepción, me ubicaron 1 noche en una de las casas que tiene la cadena y me ubicaron al otro día en el hotel. Al final la central de reservas debe poner un poco más de seriedad en el tema. Y el otro punto negativo es el tema de la comida que estaba bastante invariable. Lo mismo almuerzo y comida por 5 días seguidos. Aunque tenía un familiar en un hotel 5 estrellas en la misma fecha y la comida era mucho peor. Pero tener en cuenta que pueden hacer si lo único que tiene el hotel es pollo y pescado, hacerlo de varias formas posible, ya que así hacen algo de diferencia. En general la pasamos súper bien. Felicidades a todos los trabajadores de este hotel.

Highlight the grill boys with their spectacular tortillas and fajitas. Diverse entertainment especially for the little ones in the house. Anyway we will return soon.

Friendly, smiling staff, food still good despite the economic situation in Cuba. Well located hotel, appreciated by many Canadians and Quebecers, superb beach, many good restaurants near the hotel. Very clean.

El hotel tiene un excelente personal de servicio,muy atento y preocupado por el bienestar del cliente. Es un hotel pequeño pero con excelentes instalaciones, la piscina muy limpia y el servicio del restaurante excelente, creo q deben dar mantenimiento a los baños de las habitaciones y al parque infantil pero ya eso es cuestión de la administración, no del servicio. En resumen muy buena estancia, me encantaría regresar.
