Service only for dollars. Rooms dirty, carkala roaches, no hot water. Were assigned to Las Palmas when booking, even though Quatro Palmas was booked for double. Very loud. Canteen is narrow and part of a construction site. For every favor you have to give dollars. Cocktails at the bar are terrible. Food mediocre. Beach very good.

AWFUL!
THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPER RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
THE FOOD WAS IN A VERY BAD CONDITION, FLIES EVERYWHERE AND TASTELESS.
THE DRINKS WERE JUST WATER.
THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY AND QUITE OLD AND THE DON’T CLEAN THE ROOM JUST MAKE THE BED.
MAKE A FAVOUR TO YOURSELF AND DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE

I really liked the location of the Hotel. The workers are very friendly. For its category, the food is fine. The beach is a few meters away. For my next trips I plan to repeat my visit to this hotel.

The staff was fantastic, starting with Elimay and Marianna at the front desk to our room maid Maria. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. The location couldn't have been better with the beach and uptown just a few sreps away, and we can't wait to return.
