Everything is average, the food, the rooms, the cleanliness, and it's pretty expensive comparing to rest of Cuba. I wouldn't go back again, but there are no better deals for Varadero in a hotel

I like the breakfast buffet, it had a variety of choices. The food is good. No hairdryer in the room. The hotel location is quite noisy at night, there is clubs nearby.

hotel is using pictures of swimming pool, which they do not have. it belongs to other hotel and if you want to use it, than need to pay extra 35 usd/day per person. Breakfast choice was fine, room clean and with working AC, but...located between 3 night clubs/disco. that means loud music every day between 9pm and 4 am. Even strongest clubbing lovers were tired. breakfast and check in has place in other hotel. in general, I do not recommend.

The hotel is the cheap part of the Starfish Cuatro Palmas hotel. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choice, you won't go hungry. There is coffee, juices, tea, fruits, vegetables, scrambled eggs prepared for you to your taste, some kind of meat and cheese. When checking in, I asked for a room in a quiet place, to which the girl kindly agreed. In fact, it was quiet during the day, but closer to 22-23 music began to play, sometimes very loudly until about 2-3 o’clock in the morning. But if you are tired like me, this will not be a problem for you. The room itself was not new for a long time, the cleaning was so-so, under the bed had not been cleaned for a long time, the floors were rarely washed. The towels are clean. There is soap and shampoo. There are no grocery stores nearby, this is actually a problem. If they exist, then the range is from 5 to 10 types of goods.

The room has dirty towels and bed linen. Beach towels arrived only after 3 days, when the weather turned bad. In the kitchen, the meat roaster doesn't finish cooking the meat, not even the chicken. A cockroach and animal hair were found in the stew. And overall it’s an atmospheric place, if you don’t take these shortcomings into account

It is the worst Hotel I have ever visited. You do not have the right to the beach of the main hotel 4 Palmas, nor to the umbrellas, nor beds on the beach. You cannot go to the Hotel Show. The workers present you with many family problems. To go to the beach, you have to enter through a path adjacent to the Hotel, that is, you cannot go inside the Hotel. The breakfast is terrible, it seems like it is the same breakfast every day. The layout of the Hotel is very poorly prepared. 1. I found an open condom next to the safe in the room, very disgusting🤢 2. The service attitude at the front desk is very bad. After giving the room card, they don't give any explanation about the room location and hotel facilities, and they don't answer any questions. 3. It may be because the room was full during my stay, and I was allocated a room on the other side of the road, and the bar next to it was very loud at night, very noisy. Although there are various shortcomings, the beach is very beautiful and worth visiting, but you can make more comparisons in hotel selection.
