Muthu Playa Varadero

It's a shame that they are selling something that doesn't exist, I don't know how they can scam people like that. I am one of the guests who does not pay much attention to the amenities but I well recognize that you pay high prices for nothing. Finally, I had a spectacular time because the most important thing was to spend it with my family and friends. I have no complaints about the service staff, they did what they couldn't to please people, the culés at times insulted them as if they were to blame for the situation. I worked for a long time in the hotels in Varadero and nothing remains of those hotels When you see that beautiful sea, that treasure that very few countries possess and see its desolate beaches when in its time you could not walk away from the crowds that visited them. I feel a lot of pain in my heart. In the tachon of the beach it is the only thing that remains with a little dignity and what to say about the employees wow, I was so satisfied with their dedication to the guests, and not at all trying to make their job the best. I will always be grateful for your attention. To my family I don't remember the name but the chef at the ranch is the most humble and dedicated person I have met, thank you so much.

We hated the food, it had no flavor or diversity, lots of flies. Damaged elevators, bathroom leaks, burned out light bulbs, poor internet.

Soviet camp. The food is not tasty, the cocktails are not tasty. The cleaning is bad, but they say that all hotels are like that. The sea decides everything, the impressions are more positive. You can also visit the most cringe restaurant in the world

The hotel says it is 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really don't think it is, they don't have a variety of food 🥘 They should improve the all-inclusive buffet service since it is quite poor they only give you one main dish daily, pork or meat of beef 🥩, it really was a family trip and we had a great time. 😀 The bar service was quite acceptable, although many times there was a lack of lemon, beer, sugar, and other things but the guys did what was not within their power to serve you with any drink of your choice, the beach is very nice although they should improve their attractions for tourists, the facility is acceptable although they don't even put water in the room, things are very scarce, wow, it was my experience, I don't want to say that this horrible hotel is quite nice to stay with the family, so they have to improve many things In summary it is a 2 star hotel ⭐️⭐️, the very poor animation should improve much more, the Great dance group ☺️☺️ my congratulations on your show deserve to grow more, I recommend it except that many things should be improved but it's a good time 😊

Estoy en el hotel ahora mismo. Llevo más de dos días, no cambian ni toallas, ni sábanas. El papel sanitario a la llegada aunque doblado ya había sido usado , les parece posible? No limpian ni pasillos ni escaleras. Los empleados desmotivados, no reciben propinas, es un circulo vicioso. La comida es la peor de cualquier hotel antes visitado, no solo por la poca variedad si no también por la elaboración. Lo último hoy es que no hay azúcar en el hotel, ni para el café. Escribo aquí pero lo haré al sitio de hoteles Muthu, quizás una visita a su hotel en Varadero, una gerencia nueva, no se algo debe cambiar con urgencia en este hotel. Realmente penoso

Creo que nunca he ido a un hotel tan maloooooo, Nosotros entramos hoy nos dieron una habitación en un 4 piso sin ascensor porque el ascensor está roto, la muchacha de la recepción al decirle mi situación, me bajo a un segundo piso la verdad de ella no tengo quejas. La piscina sucia a más no poder , no hay piña colada en ninguna parte del hotel. El restaurante parece un comedor maluchero dirigido donde solo hay pollo,picadillo y fajitas de cerdo. El arroz es gris , el refresco está caliente, no hay helado o dulces de panetela solo mermeladas y arroz con leche nada del otro mundo, el mosquero y el calor en el restaurante es insoportables. La verdad creo que el.hotel.deberian cerrarlo , es una estafa !!!!! Ahhhhh la atención PÉSIMA,NO HAY UN CAMARERO QUE TE ATIENDA ,con la atención debida bueno no agua te ponen en la mesa.

Lo peor de lo peor, el hotel es pésimo, malo el servicio de habitaciones, poca variedad de plato fuerte y de otras opciones, hay que hacer varias colas en el restaurant, de tragos preparados 0, cerveza y hay que lucharla,no había azúcar, en fin, no sigo para no agobiar, las personas que invierten su dinero en un hotel merecen al menos un trato decente y ni eso se consigue en este hotel, los trabajadores maltratan a los clientes. No recomendado.

We hebben ons sinds onze laatste reis in 2018 naar Cuba toe op verheugd om nog een keer deze prachtige land te bezoeken. Zodanig zijn we op 2 mei 2024 naar Cuba (Muthu Playa Varadero) voor 13 dagen gegaan. Alles is daar veranderd. Helemaal geen eten (geen brood, geen suiker, geen peper, geen boter, geen beleg) geen asbakken, geen wcpapier, overal zijn karkkellaken. De borden en bestek zijn smerig. De personeel vraagt steeds fooi. De handdoeken in seven dagen zijn niet gewassen ook de beddengoed niet. Naar seven dagen, met heel veel moeite en bijbetaling van €840 zijn wij naar Vista Asul overgeplaatst. Dat is een vijf sterren hotel. Daar was iets betere eten en wat schoner, maar geen bewaking en heel veel agressie vanuit dronken Russen. Mijn zoon was er ernstig door de Russen mishandeld, de bewaking zag en deed niks. Wij zijn zo blij dat we levendig naar huis zijn gekomen! Maar hebben zeker heel veel vragen aan prijsvrij.nl omtrent hoe is het mogelijk om de mensen naar een vier-vijf sterren hotels sturen terwijl er de sterren überhaupt ver te zoeken zijn. Mijn advies: Cuba op code rood zetten. Het is gevaarlijk en zeer slecht geregeld!
