Hotel Dos Mares

There is little to say because there is little or nothing. Single room with a bad smelling bed with only one sheet and a light bedspread, bathroom with shower where the water comes out by chance and taking a shower takes at least 20 minutes... but first you have to wait another 20 minutes if you want water hot, towel only for your hands and when you get out of the shower you don't know what to dry with. Cleaning is another sore point because in nine days the towels and sheets were never changed and the room was cleaned once every three days. Breakfast is included and I wanted to give confidence to the structure by requesting dinner... another mistake because although the bar was equipped with everything, the breakfast consisted of two slices of cooked ham or something similar, two thin slices of cheese and a glass of water. When I asked for milk and coffee I was told that I could find them at the bar by paying. Dinner menu of chicken or fish without condiments and without bread with the usual glass of water. In short, you spend little but it's not worth the little you spend!!!

Hotel in the heart of Varadero. Not in the hotel area. The location is very convenient. To the beach 2 minutes. Very good and not expensive bar in the hotel. For breakfast, ham and cheese omelet or ham and cheese sandwich + coffee + cola. They clean every other day, change the bed / towels, wash the room, everything is fine with this, the staff is friendly. There are almost no Russians, only locals. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, cable TV, everything works. A soft bed, a shower, a toilet without complaints, the water has a weak pressure and heats up for a long time, but this is not critical. For tourists who do not care / do not need animation / all inclusive is ideal. Sleep, have breakfast, and get away/go away for the day - perfect.

Horrible in its super small rooms, dirty the bathroom tank did not flush personally if there is no other place to stay and it is option 0 otherwise I don't like it, the positive thing is the beach is close and central to get around the rest is terrible

The hotel is beautiful, without a doubt, the best moments were with the best entertainment team in all of Cayo Santamaría, made up of my friend Laura, what a beautiful person and good at her job, Yadilka Susu doll Julio Ray Ariel, the William's are all great with their different activities on All day today we had a lot of fun in our beautiful lobby with the guys, excellent work, good treatment and fun moments, I have entertainers

We had the best time, the work team is very professional and attentive, a variety of very good food and the rooms are very comfortable, the entertainment team is fantastic and very fun, thanks to them our stay was spectacular.

Muy mala calidad. No lo recomiendo, sucio, sin agua en el lavabo, 5 horas, en la ducha nunca, y en el inodoro nunca. Sin luz 2 horas .Esta situación venía presentándose días anteriores a nuestra llegada , porque me lo hicieron saber amigos que estuvieron días antes, nos entregaron una habitación simple ,y éramos dos personas el minibar no funcionaba, después de varias quejas y que quienes estaban en otra habitación decidieron ante tantas dificultades abandonar la instalación, nos trasladaron a otra habitación con una ducha que el agua dejaba mucho que desear.No lo Recomiendo,y si tuviese que puntuarlo le daría la peor puntuación. Lo único bueno que posee es su ubicación pero no lo vale su precio y las dificultades que se pasan
