It’s a beautiful and homely property. The office manager is so cultured . The staff in the restaurant was exceptionally good and served us with a very warm and personal touch. Special mention for Brijesh, Jyoti Kishan and Abhishek ! You guys made our experience sooo very good. Look forward to coming back here :)

The place is right in the heart of kashi, at shivala ghat.The welcome stay , Arati, Food and stay by the ganga maiya was a blissful experience. The hotel porters were helpful. All staff are wonderful Especially Mr. Uday , Krishna Gopal , Hasan , sanjay ji.

This place is right in the heart of Kashi, at Shivala ghat. The ambience is homely and the service is top notch!!! Brijesh and the boys are doing an outstanding job!!..Well done. If you are not too fussed about living in the neighbourhood with the local people and want the real deal, this is your place to go. All the main highlights are nearby Highly recommended!! Terrace is another highlight. 👍

Most amazing trip. Vishal our guide was arranged by Haveli. He was extremely helping and went out of his way to accommodate all our request. Thanks everyone for this once in a lifetime experience. Hotel staff was very hospitable as well. Do not miss their meals.

Excellent hotel, good service and specially: Krishna, Kanhiya HK, Vijay, Sandeep, Dilip, Faiyaz, .. I highly recommend this this hotel. It is perfectly situated for Ghats and the old city. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed and good AC.

Gem of a place at Kashi on the Ganges, catering to all travelers to the city of life. Professional & courteous staff, healthy food and comfy bedding with clean linen. Found this hound, courtesy my wife, who does all the research for exploring.

A beautiful spot to explore the Varanasi with your hotel right on the Ganges river. Our room was gorgeous with a window looking out to the river. The staff were excellent, and very welcoming. The restaurant and courtyard was unique Definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hospitality, room is clean and vow if ghat from the room is excellent. Breakfast and evening refreshments are amazing. Evening musical concert pleasing your mind. Hotel srvices are excellent.
