The structure is modern and well maintained, the rooms comfortable and clean, the bathroom with shower, the owners very sociable and kind, the breakfast very good, parking available and a few steps from the Europa seafront which takes you easily on foot to Cogoleto or Varazze. the structure also has an excellent à la carte restaurant, with fish and meat dishes, and pizza made in a wood-fired oven.

Family run hotel, nice owners, very convenient location for travelling, because just a little outside of the town center of Varazze. Fantastic food in their restaurant. Good continental breakfast.
The only thing I had a small problem with was that the fan in the bathroom was not working, and that the showerfloor was not very nice.....broken tiles etc. The room was very hot, the aircondition was not on but eventually at night with a slightly open window it cooled down.

Lovely small hotel with views of the sea. Restaurant was wonderful. Easy parking. Friendly and efficient service. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.

My overall impression at Hotel Le Roi is that it is an exceptionally well run hotel. The Host is kind as well as professional and his staff made me feel like royalty.

Preis/Leistung ist ok. Zimmer mit Meersicht 👌. Jedoch sehr befahrene Strasse vor dem Hotel welches ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss vom Zentrum liegt.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr einfach und oft nicht nachgefüllt worden.

Séjour de 3 nuits à varazze.
Hôtel très propre avec une chambre correcte.
La proximité de la route n'est pas gênante.
Un bémol cependant sur le petit déjeuner qui est très insuffisant pour un 3 étoiles et pour lequel il faut réclamer pour les produits salés. Idem pour la climatisation qui est gérée depuis la réception.
Bon dîner au restaurant.
