My second visit to this hotel because it’s a beautiful and charming place and location is very nice. However, the issues I found in my first visit are still here. . Why don’t they have somebody supervising breakfast? People stand at the entrance waiting for attention and no one comes. There are no menus no instructions, and you have to hunt everywhere to try and compose your breakfast. Also no spa menu or details in rooms in English. Could be so much better.

Rom i den gamle VIP delen av hotellet. Store fine klassiske flotte rom. Bra frokost med fin Vinterhage med utsikt til Torget. Sykkelutleie. Sentral beliggenhet.

Das Event-Team im Hotel ist sehr hilfreich, kümmert sich auch um Transfer-Organisation, Restaurantbuchungrn, hat Tipps für Guides oder Rahmenprogramme zur Hand, und vieles mehr. So einen Service trifft man nur noch selten. Vielen Dank!

Vi overnattet 2 netter. Helt ok rom gode senger. Badet var trangt, og dusj .... jaja. Går nok an å få til hvis du har god tid. Hadde vært ok med aircon. Burde vel ha vært noen lister rundt vinduene sånn for utseendes skyld...
Frokosten var meget bra. Hyggelig betjening.

Hotel was pretty amazing. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor but other than that it was wonderful. Amenities were great beds very comfortable and nice linen and bath. Coffee in room great as well. Spa is terrific and the breakfast buffet delicious. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel
