Bon rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, la première nuit a été difficile la clim ne fonctionnait pas mais a été réparée dès le lendemain. Le buffet petit déjeuner est assez bon. Le personnel est très sympathique. L'hôtel est assez loin de tout, il faut absolument être véhiculé. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé ce qui est très bien. A 35 min environ de Milan en voiture.

The hotel does not reflect a 4 star rating as indicated but for one or two nights it is not bad. Not suitable for those who want to travel by public transport, but still convenient for those who have a car. Very large parking. Cleanliness could be improved a little as there were many crumbs on the floor and dust on the furniture. All in all decent.

I called at 10.45pm to book a room, on the phone I was told that it was fully booked except for the most expensive room; I arrive and find the parking lot empty. It was an absurd effort to park, given that the only thing I had was a fairly adequate space to manoeuvre, but the car park was very narrow. We go up to the room and there is a meager wardrobe and bedside tables missing; some light bulbs burned out; the bathroom door handle (which closes by itself, without knowing it) caught in the back is not nice; dust on the walls; finding 15 Cº I would say is not the best; on TV they only get the three Mediaset channels; the wall sockets placed at random (I didn't like putting the phone to charge in the bathroom). 4 stars… mmmmmmmmmmm

In general we really liked the hotel especially for the friendliness and kindness of the receptionist. We opted for the motel room which was very convenient especially regarding the covered garage, directly attached to the entrance door of our room which is located on the first floor. Room 108 in particular. We made use of the kettle to make hot tea, the WiFi and the TV. The only flaw was the heating which was probably preset at 24° and it was dying of heat. However, it can be solved using the thermostat and adjusting the temperature. One thing to add is that unfortunately the waiter's voices could often be heard from the corridor which tended to disturb our sleep in the morning. Clean room and bathroom. modern bathroom. New toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room and various cleansing products. Water and lemon available in the hotel lobby. Warm and welcoming environment. Rather varied breakfast ranging from gluten-free to savory rather than the classic sweet with croissants and cakes. Cafeteria fruit and juices at will as well as yogurt and cereals.

The motel part is interesting, good space for the car, good comfortable bed, ok for independent heating, the bathroom needs to be looked at again, small, without a support for soap or anything else in the shower.... Really uncomfortable.. the space for clothes is large but without a bench to place suitcases.. (uncomfortable and unhygienic.. part of the room has been dismantled and left like this.. an additional blanket for the bed is missing... finally impractical for those access to the breakfast room is in the Motel area... (P.s. good quality breakfast)
