Roomy, clean, quiet and everything you need. Great location with beautiful church across street (bells quiet from 8-8), garden half block down, large grocery store 7 minute walk, gelato and pastry shops and hot plates next door. Ten minute walk to historic center. The staff is like fresh air on a sunny day - everything is "no problem". Wished I was staying longer!

We stayed only one night and frankly it was enough for us. Narrow room with a blocked micro window and bathroom devoid of any comfort (I washed my hair with a nameless soap and without knowing its origin, a product created by the owner and added in a dispenser); the mirror over the sink small and at belly height I still struggle to understand the purpose. Finally, the gem, the breakfast: non-existent. Nothing at all. For the fantastic cost of 96 euros, a theft. In these places we take advantage of the needs of people who, having relatives in the hospital, rely on the first facility nearby.

Welcoming staff, attentive to detail. The rooms are spacious and airy. Vote 10 for the cleanliness and the position in which the bed and breakfast is located. Very close to the center and the station is a stone's throw away. Highly recommended.

To extend our camping holiday, we left for Italy a few days earlier. Because we did not know exactly how far we would come, we had not booked anything in advance, but only made the decision to spend the night in Varese on the way. We were received in the most friendly way and got a super clean family room. The beds slept wonderfully and the room was equipped with all comforts. Such as a flat TV and coffee (dolce gusto). We were provided with good information by the gadtvrouw. Parking in the immediate vicinity is paid and in the morning that is not easy. The bakery nearby sells tasty croissants and delicious coffee. Varese is a small, not too busy town, nice to walk through, but don't expect too much from it.
