B&B Villa Liz Varese

We stayed there for a wedding in the area. A wonderful villa, clean and with attention to the smallest details. The super friendly and helpful owner welcomed us with a big smile and immediately made us feel at home and welcome. He helped make such an important day for us even more unforgettable.

The only positive thing about this stay at Villa Liz was the kindness of the lady.....but we felt cheated. I got her name from another lady who didn't have room in her b&b, so I went to look at the site, I read the things that particularly interested me, that she had a non-shared bathroom and that she had the private parking, also it was written that if you wanted breakfast there was an addition of 5 euros. I phoned the lady asking if there was a double room for two nights, she told me yes and at that point I sent the email for confirmation and I also asked (as it was written on the site) to book the place machine. When my husband and I arrived, the lady came out and showed us where we could park the car (outside the villa), on the road, not private, where anyone could pass and park anyone, there wasn't a sign that says parking reserved for the B&B, but in any case for us the parking space if you ask and if you have to book is inside the structure not outside. When we entered she gave us some slippers, new ones closed in a bag, because she said that, due to coronavirus, this is an extra attention that she has and that is to allow people to enter her B&B only with new slippers and that was fine with us. He takes us to the room and also shows us the bathroom which is outside the room (which is not specified on the site). At that point we doubt whether it is shared with other people and she confirms that it is shared with the girl who has the room opposite ours. So I say, she makes me wear slippers for coronavirus safety to protect herself who lives in that villa, but she doesn't give a damn about having people who don't know each other share the bathroom??????????? At that point my husband and I started looking for another B&B (it was already late afternoon anyway) and we couldn't find anything, given that it was the week of August. So we stayed there, partially ruining our stay and very angry. Breakfast consists of things that she leaves available in the kitchen and in the refrigerator. But in the morning, she leaves the table set in the garden and we have to prepare breakfast, something else not specified. Among other things, there are three rooms, breakfast is from 8 to 10, but you have to book the time, because the guests of one room have breakfast at 8, the others at 9 and the others at 10....always to the coronavirus. The absurd thing is that we and the girl in the room opposite couldn't have breakfast at the same time, but we could share the same bathroom..........I really have no other words.......
