Excellent service allover the hotel. Holidays in a stared hotel need 4 things Food, Beach/pool, service,games! Food quality, best ever taste in a buffet. Beach/Pool clean, well organized , well guarded. Service, Amazing people always with smile. Who ever interview the people for hire need compliments,made the right choice for each position. It is a really nice 5 stars hotel with a beautiful sea view! We choosed the All Inclusive lux me option and had everything from food to beverages. The conditiona are really good amd tne rooms are inceedibly clean every day after the room attendand came. The BonBon Bar has almost every day pancakes, gofres and icecream. The beach bar has great coctails and coffee. We had 3 a la carte restaurants that we schedules since arriving! The kids enjoyed the 3 pools and the aquapark! All employees are very respectful and nice! I would like to thank Maria from reception that helped us book our trip to Zakinthos! Also I would like to thanks to Magdalena who was very nice and pleasant and helped us to make a surprise to my husband dor his birthday! You are great! Thank you

We traveled from Florida to visit this hotel with my wife and five year old son. Do not be fooled by the online pictures. The actual lobby and main hotel are fine, no Ac but fine. But our room was a one star hotel at best. We spent five minutes in our room and the room had bed bugs in the bed. We left immediately. We went down to the lobby, and tried to get a refund as we were extremely upset. They never refunded us the money and we never stayed. The manager Mr Traskas lied to us and basically stole our money. I talked to him the next day and he admitted to saying he would refund but only said it so the other guest would not hear that our room was infested with bed bugs. We had a five night reservation and it was so bad we left the very first night scrambling to find another place to stay. I have never written a bad review about any place. So this review should be taken seriously. This place is disgusting, and the staff the manager Mr Traskas is lieing thief! I asked the staff to call the police for us it was that bad. They would not do that. We left in the middle of the night in a foreign country it was that bad.

Wspaniałe wakacje. Piękny hotel, czyste pokoje, miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Urozmajcona, różnorodna kuchnia. Cudowne baseny i aqua park. Piaszczysta, czysta plaża.Nie posługuję się językiem angielkim, więc bałam się czy sobie poradzę. Jednak dzięki uprzejmości całej obsługi nasz pobyt był wyjątkowy. Szczególne podziękowania kieruję dla Pani Magdy, Pana Petrosa, Pani Zoe,Pana Davida sprawiliście, że na długo zapamiętamy cudownie spędzony czas w tym wyjątkowym hotelu i napewno do Was wrócimy.

Niesamowity hotel, przemiła obsługa , nie ziemskie jedzenie, wszystkie drinki w cenie. Idealny hotel na rodzinne wakacje, dzieci były zachwycone. To nasz pierwszy wyjazd na wakacje do Grecji i choć sama Grecja na razie nas nie zachwyciła do dla tego hotelu warto wrócić w to samo miejsce. Jesteśmy bardzo zachwyceni jedyny mały nic nie znaczący minusik to dosyć biedne lunch boxy. Polecam z całego serca obsługa na najwyższym poziomie.

A really nice, hassle-free family holiday with our two children (6 and 4). Right by a lovely beach, good pools and slides etc and a great waterpark right next door. The food and drink was plentiful and our room was as advertised, with a small garden and view of the sea. The kids club (Grecoland) was great, too, with friendly staff (particularly Antonis - thank you!) and varied activities to give a couple of hard working parents the occasional break and the kids a change of scene. Really couldn't fault the hotel - we had a fantastic week - and highly recommend it.

Τα δωμάτια χρήζουν ανακαίνισης, καινούρια έπιπλα κ είδη υγιεινής.Τηρούνταν στο απόλυτο οι ώρες κοινής ησυχίας.Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ καλό, ο παιδότοπος ιδανικός για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά, οι πισίνες φοβερές, τα παιδιά το κατα ευχαριστήθηκαν, δεν υπήρχαν όμως αρκετές ξαπλώστρες κ ομπρέλες στο χώρο της πισίνας κ κάποιοι είχαν κάνει κατάληψη με πετσέτες κ εμφανίζοταν 2 ώρες μετά!Οι ξαπλώστρες στην παραλία όμως ήταν τέλειες κ η αμμουδιά πεντακάθαρη.Το beach bar έκλεινε πάρα πολύ νωρίς(18:00) κ άν ήθελες καφέ ή σνάκ έπρεπε να αναίβεις 3 επίπεδα σκάλες μέσα στη ζέστη.Επίσης θα μπορούσε να έχει κάποια πρόχειρα σνακ για φαγητό στο bar της πισίνας για κάποιον που θέλει να φάει κάτι γρήγορο κ δεν έχει σαν παροχή το μεσημεριανό φαγητό.Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο.Οι νεροτσουλήθρες δεν είχαν αρκετή σκίαση κ το bar υστερούσε σε επιλογές.Το νερό ήταν πολύ ακριβό σαν παροχή κ στο ψυγείο δεν είχε κάποιο αναψυκτικο ή νερό για καλωσόρισμα.Η γενική εικόνα όμως είναι ότι θα το επικευθούμε ξανά κ θα το συστήσουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε για τη διαμονή :-)

Everything was great. Lot of activities, great food, beautiful beach, and the offer of the hotel was great. It offers great restaurants included in the price. The hotel complex is big and offers great walks in sunset. For the kids was unforgettable summer experience. We will come back for sure
