Não há alimentação no local. As instalações são boas, quarto grande, mas banheiro sujo, inclusive as janelas do banheiro muito sujas.
Para quem viaja de avião, a localizado próxima do aeroporto é excelente, mas para quem está de veículo é muito longe doncenteonda cidade.

Tive uma ótima experiência com a hospedagem, tanto com o atendimento, hospedagem, quarto e acomodações, quanto com o café da manhã, que é bom e bastante variado. Somente senti falta de espelho no quarto, mas fora isso, gostei muito e recomendo!

Pessimo atendimento do hotel, o pessoal da recepção super grossos. Chuveiros não esquentam pela manhã, tomamos banho na água gelada. A pior parte é o serviço de transfer que eles oferecem, pedimos para adiantar por conta do nosso voo estávamos em 12 que daria a viagem total, falaram que iam ver e nos deixaram um tempão lá fora, quando Voltei para questionar se iriam levar foram grossos e disseram que não iam levar e não demonstraram um pingo de empatia. Não volto nunca mais.

Chegamos em horário incomum e bem recebidos. Quarto agradável,limpo com essencial para cuidado e higiene , com roupas de camas limpas e cheirosas, vista otima para o jardim e piscina. O pequeno-almoço é excelente. Recepção eficaz. Recomendo pra curtas e longas estadias.

A estrutura do hotel é ótima , mas a limpeza e o café da manhã é sofrido , café muito simples e apresentação fraca , a limpeza triste , me colocaram no 235 tinha uma teia de aranha gigante na abertura da porta , black out velho rasgando , falta de manutenção

O atendimentno foi muito bom... o ambiente muito agradavel e a piscina muito boa. O que ficou a desejar foram as camas, uma estava com colchão com um lado mais caido e a outra cama o colchão era muito duro, um ponto a ser avaliado. Localizaçao privilegiada

Apesar do pequeno transtorno na chegada, visto que a suíte master tinha problemas no ar condicionado, a recepção gentilmente resolveu a questão transferindo-nos para uma suíte temática. O hotel tem um grande potencial e precisa aproveitar a estrutura magnífica modernizando a decoração e ambientes.
