We only booked this place for a few hours before our flight but staff were very kind and the room was clean and comfortable. There are lots of places to eat close by which is convenient too.

Pl call me to get feedback on the hotel. I did not know the hotel had a 2 pm checkin policy. Neither did you i. E. Makemytrip highlight it to me. I had to patiently wait till 2 pm to get my room. The hotel staff was quite rigid in all this. Little customer orientation or empathy. One friend had to change her room in the hotel due to excessive noise due to tile work. Room has no place to hang napkin in the bathroom.

Property: Very well maintained, clean, location close to Vasco railway station, but there is no adequate parking space.Room: Spacious, fresh, clean, comfortable, good view, big love for the welcome drink and complementary wine.
Staff: Very helpful, cordial, professional and sweet. The security guard was very prompt and polite, very impresses. I stayed during off season at a lower rate. But definitely recommended during peak season too.
