Hotel itself was OK, but our experience to actually check in was so disastrous it sank hotels "points" radically. Did not get either room number neither code to get in beforehand. Tried to contact personnel in every possible way given (textmsg/email/calling in two different number) but got no answer. Luckily when contacting *********** things finally cleared out - after totally TWO hours of waiting. So actually even the room would´ve been a Royal Suite, we´d still be so annoyed, we would not be happy. However, slept ok (a bit hot, no air conditioning) and breakfast was ok. Got a reasonable discount in room price, but still - will not visit again.

Das Hotel ist bereits von außen völlig heruntergekommen. Wir hatten lediglich einen Code für die Zimmer zugesandt bekommen. Bereits das Treppenhaus war alles andere als einladend. Der Abschuss waren aber die Zimmer ( wir hatten zwei gebucht). Sie lagen im dritten Stock mit Ausblick auf ein geteertes Fabrikdach. Das Zimmer war völlig überhitzt, da oberster Stock eines Flachdaches. Die Fenster waren schwedisch gekippt und zwei Ventilatoren liefen und trotzdem war es brühend heiß und nicht bewohnbar. Die Möbel waren völlig abgenutzt und fleckig. Das Bad war völlig veraltet und gammelig - nicht mehr zeitgemäß. So was ist uns noch nie untergekommen. Wir sind sofort abgereist. Nach Beschwerde kam nichts. Fazit: Hotel meiden!!!

Stinkender Lift, unfreundlicher Empfang, schmutziges Esszimmer. Das Hotel liegt an einem zentralen, aber unattraktiven Ort, direkt in der Einkaufsgalerie. Wir waren fünf Minuten dort und haben es uns anders überlegt.
