Lovely hotel, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable beds. Gorgeous beachfront location. The food is good but the staff are what makes this place a joy. The Si La restaurant is fantastic breakfast is not too chaotic. Didn’t use the spa. Location very good it’s a short taxi drive from the airport. €30. If you turn left on exiting the hotel there are lots of little bars and restaurants. The road is a bit rustic but we loved it all the same.

Das Hotel besteht aus weißen, max drei-etagigen Häusern und erinnert im Stil an ein griechisches Bergdorf. Es liegt direkt am Strand, zwei durch Molen geschützte Buchten laden zum Baden ein. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die A**osphäre sehr angenehm. Keine laute Musik, keine aufdringliche Animation - wir fühlen uns hier SEHR wohl 👍 Unser Zimmer mit Balkon überm Strand ist gemütlich eingerichtet und picobello sauber. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant (in Buffetform) gefällt uns gut; die Auswahl ist relativ klein, aber fein 😋. Im SiLa und im Swell hat es uns auch sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt! Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist okay 🍷🍹 Was uns besonders gut gefällt: Die herzliche Gastlichkeit! Alle Beschäftigten hier sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 😊. Das kleine Wermutströpfchen: Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Heraklion Airport, Fluglärm ist immer mal wieder zu hören. Uns hat's nicht gestört, das Beobachten der Flieger hat eher Spaß gemacht, aber wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte lieber woanders hin. Für Gehbehinderte ist die Anlage nicht optimal. Aber wir fühlen uns hier absolut gut!

Hôtel magnifique, très propre, agréable. Le personnel est au top. La nourriture est de bonne qualité. Réception ouverte 24/24h. Parking à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Seul bémol : les avions passent au-dessus (cela est largement supportable). Mais l'avantage, c'est qu'il est à 10 min de l'aéroport.

We start with reception: they were very helpful, polite and friendly staff we got something to drink while waiting which it was nice. About the food: the buffet was variable so a lot of delicious dishes and for everyone the, the staff is really friendly and one extra good comment they were around all the time and as soon as you finish your plate they take it away so you have more space. About the room: clean and AC works well, the bed is comfortable, the view is like in heaven. The hotel have a real amazing outside pool, inside pool with its own private beach, I won’t comment more on that because the pictures will speak it all. As overall, I highly recommend it !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Knossos Beach and Bungalows! Thank you so much to Stelios. He is the simply the best reservations manager. The room was incredible with an amazing view of the ocean. The restaurant had provided delicious meals and had superb amenities. We could not have asked for a better stay. Our only regret was not making a reservation for a longer stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious vacation from a 5-star hotel!

Such a beautiful resort. We visited with our year old daughter. The staff made us feel so welcome and at ease. Gorgeous suite with our own pool overlooking the sea. Both A la carte and buffet food delicious. Quiet this time of the year, but for us that was perfect.

Fab hotel, nothing was ever too much for the staff. Bedrooms were clean and functional with all the facilities you would expect. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who were always happy and friendly and the food. The food was was exceptional for an all inclusive buffet. I can’t fault it.

3 of us stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and we had the best time! We were welcomed on arrival and has a luggage brought to our room along with welcome drinks! We had an all inclusive stay and was able to have access to 2 of the restaurants(theirs usually3 but it was opening the week after we left). To make the stay even better, we were fortunate to have a free upgrade from the lovely receptionist Nina! Service was impeccable from all staff and were very very friendly and polite. The beach is up kept and there is a bar on the beach and another slightly further up. You can’t complain. I would recommend to anyone this hotel ! Rooms are bright and very clean with daily room service doing the stay.
