Мы были на Крите много раз, но в этом отеле самый радушный и гостеприимный персонал!!! Еда невероятно вкусная, бесподобные греческие сыры и пироги, мы каждый раз наслаждаемся! Прекрасное море и пляж, удобные шатры и чудесные бунгало!!! Как хочется сюда снова и снова!!!

This is our 5th visit to Crete and we ALWAYS choose to stay at Knossos Beach Bungalows and Suites! Why? Firstly, the location is perfect. You can relax and enjoy the beach location of Knossos or you can quickly travel to the vibrant city of Heraklion that offers a fun vibe with great coffee culture. Secondly the staff who have been carefully selected to work at Knossos are amazing! They are so warm, kind and caring yet extremely professional ( Anastasia who works in the restaurant is a diamond! All staff are!). We chose Knossos this time specifically to celebrate my husband Geralds 50th Birthday. We were greeted with welcome drinks in our suite on arrival and I believe upgraded to a larger suite room 211, we very much appreciated this kind gesture. Thank you. Rooms are always relaxed and comfortable with lovely fresh local Cretan Cuisine. As always it is lovely to see Hermes who is the coolest Labrador Retriever on the island of Crete (second only to the original star Casper). The yoga class on Friday was tutored by a warm spirited and super friendly lady who delivered an amazing Yoga class, thank you! We still have one more week left and look forward to each new day at Knossos! 5 star service always!

Séjour parfait. L’hôtel est très propre et très beau, l’emplacement est idéal face à la mer avec plage privée. La nourriture est excellente : la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits sont très appréciable. Bravo aux chefs cuisinier. Et pour finir, les employés sont souriants et très réactifs pour le bien-être du client. Mention spéciale pour notre serveuse Niki qui était attentionnée tout le long de notre séjour. Nous avons rarement rencontrés des personnes aussi agréable et sincères. Merci à l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain

Our first visit in 5 years and a very welcome return. The hotel is still perfect, an amazing team to take care of you and our room (211) is so well appointed and has unspoiled views over the water. The hotel team make every effort to enhance your stay. We would also like to thank the hotel yoga teacher who was brilliant, patiently helping my novice self through the class.

Lovely hotel, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable beds. Gorgeous beachfront location. The food is good but the staff are what makes this place a joy. The Si La restaurant is fantastic breakfast is not too chaotic. Didn’t use the spa. Location very good it’s a short taxi drive from the airport. €30. If you turn left on exiting the hotel there are lots of little bars and restaurants. The road is a bit rustic but we loved it all the same.

Das Hotel besteht aus weißen, max drei-etagigen Häusern und erinnert im Stil an ein griechisches Bergdorf. Es liegt direkt am Strand, zwei durch Molen geschützte Buchten laden zum Baden ein. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Keine laute Musik, keine aufdringliche Animation - wir fühlen uns hier SEHR wohl 👍 Unser Zimmer mit Balkon überm Strand ist gemütlich eingerichtet und picobello sauber. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant (in Buffetform) gefällt uns gut; die Auswahl ist relativ klein, aber fein 😋. Im SiLa und im Swell hat es uns auch sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt! Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist okay 🍷🍹 Was uns besonders gut gefällt: Die herzliche Gastlichkeit! Alle Beschäftigten hier sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 😊. Das kleine Wermutströpfchen: Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Heraklion Airport, Fluglärm ist immer mal wieder zu hören. Uns hat's nicht gestört, das Beobachten der Flieger hat eher Spaß gemacht, aber wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte lieber woanders hin. Für Gehbehinderte ist die Anlage nicht optimal. Aber wir fühlen uns hier absolut gut!

Hôtel magnifique, très propre, agréable. Le personnel est au top. La nourriture est de bonne qualité. Réception ouverte 24/24h. Parking à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Seul bémol : les avions passent au-dessus (cela est largement supportable). Mais l'avantage, c'est qu'il est à 10 min de l'aéroport.
