It is close to impossible to communicate normally with this hotel. One calls, every time there is another person answering and has no clue what the other colleagues agreed or communicated. E-mails are left unanswered. When finally we got hold of somebody responsible on the phone, it turned out that they booked the wrong room, though in the e-mail I specified what was needed. When questioned this, they simply cancelled. You can have the surprise that you think that you booked a family room, for ex, and then it is something else, like a double room ( good luck to find a place for the children). Or, simply they just cancel because you point to their mess. We have stayed there many times before and we liked it, but with the new management team it is a total disaster. They could not even figure out until recently whether they open the booking during winter holidays or not. A total pain to agree something with them! Disrespectful and disorganised. I do not recommend!
