We had tickets to Friends Arena travelling for the Taylor Swift concerts. We were welcomed by a friendly receptionist, the staff in the dining room were all very friendly. The breakfast had an amazing choice every day. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The beds were a bit small and I woke a few times worried that I might fall out when I turned over.

Everything worked really well, we arrived late and the service was fast and the room was in such condition that we could sleep right away. Breakfast good and comprehensive and service polite despite the rush.

Great room, great view, close to Kista mall with lots of shopping and great food court! The only thing that could have been improved were the details of the breakfast. The breads were dry and the smoothie only tasted like yogurt. But everything else was good, especially the fruit!

I enjoyed the stay in the hotel with a good breakfast and a nice view. Connectivity to nearby places through bus and train was easy. The rooms are very clean and good. The staff was polite and friendly.
