Terrible place! ******* quoted us a cheap price and then somewhere they added a couple hundred dollars extra on. This is unacceptable

Booked a trip well in advance, they cancelled our room and gave reason as they overbooked, but real reason was as prices increased massively since our booking. They then stopped all communications. Avoid.

Everything was as expected. Very close to the airport, great price, convenient, good kitchen and most of all pleasant man at check in. Would help if I'd have a WhatsApp number for them as it's sometimes difficult to make calls in a foreign country

Inexpensive. Comfortable and basic. We definitely got what we paid for. I would stay here again.

The property requests to be notified for off hours check-in I did that the day before my arrival. When I arrived, I called, got through to nobody! I chatted with ********** and they tried to call no answer. After waiting late into the night in advance of an early morning flight, I drove to the car return at the airport and slept in my car. The Temperature was minus 4 centigrade. The remarkable thing is that ********** requested they give me a refund of the $40 I spent and they rejected. How's that for customer service. A shame for them because they won't get the money anyways as I will dispute the charge. Not worth the risk going to this place!

Communication equals with zero. Pets at the property which will cry all night and scartch doors/windows. Filthy doors, cutlery, bedding, furniture, walls. Lights does not work. No reoly once you pay and you get your code. No help to check out. ********** WILL NOT HELP YOU TO GET A REFUND

Under the terms and conditions of this place they give check-in hours. It says that if you'll arrive outside of their hours you should give 24 hours notice. I did that. I didn't get any response and arrived at 10:30 pm in advance of an early morning flight. I tried many times to call, even ********** called them but no answer and nobody there at the property. I waited until after midnight and was forced to sleep in my car in minus 4 centigrade weather. No apology nothing. When I disputed the charge for the small amount of $41.90 they refused to refund it. I wish I could rate minus 4 stars as this was the worst travel experience of my lifetime. This place should be avoided at all cost!!
