Heerlijk fijn Hotel , dichtbij de Noordkade/ centrum. Prachtig uitzicht op de Oude Haven . Aardig, net personeel. Prima ontbijt , waar weinig verspeelt wordt. Heerlijke bedden en prima ruime kamer(11) Leuke Entourage, sfeervol. Misschien zou een lampje in het keukentje handig zijn. Buitenkant van het hotel heeft op wat plekken wat aandacht nodig.

Make up spiegel ontbreekt, in de 'luxe' kamer bij het bad geen shampoo, en douche spul. Tijdens ontbijt steeds weer opnieuw koffie en thee vragen. Er ligt minimaal beleg klaar je durft niet volop te pakken, je bent bang dat degene die na je komt niks meer heeft. Voor de rest ontbijt prima, maar ligt echt te weinig Vrij gehorig. Trap naar boven erg smal niet fijn, luxe kamers beneden dus je bent geneigd om de duurdere luxe kamer te nemen omdat die beneden is Wel een heerlijk bed

Overall it was excellant. The fresh cooked eggs or omlets at breafast was a considerable surprise. the only small downer was the very loud party/reception that went on in the bar which was very audable from rooms 1 & 2.

Wat een fantastisch hotel. Als journalist reis ik heel veel en slaap jaarlijks in zeker tientallen verschillende hotels. The yard kan zich meten met de betere hotels in steden als Londen, Berlijn en New York. Alles klopt. Er is gelet op de details, de kamers zijn erg fijn en de ontvangst zeer vriendelijk. Daarnaast is het ontbijt van een vijfsterrenkwaliteit. Echt een aanrader!

This is a gem! Personal attention by the wonderful staff. Luxurious breakfast. A lovely inner yard, perfect for coffee or a drink or even a business meeting.
