A beautiful road winds its way up to this extraordinary mountain lodge. The Albergo is “down to earth“, as its name suggests (bucaneve means snowdrops), yet nothing is missing: cozy beds, soft towels, luxury cosmetics and stunning views. The restaurant serves highest quality local specialties in a tastefully designed dining room with a huge fireplace. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place can be a secret escape for a weekend just to enjoy the food, the food, and a hike or two, or for longer stays if you want to indulge more seriously in the abundant offerings of the Oasi Zegna nature reserve.

Sono stata qui in occasione del forest bathing (attività piacevole che consiglio). Rispetto all'albergo, è grazioso e ben tenuto. Vince facile con il panorama e il verde in cui è immerso. Tuttavia l'ho trovato al di sotto delle aspettative dato il costo elevato richiesto per un weekend. La stanza (doppia 120€ a notte) era piccolissima, si fa fatica a muoversi, ed era anche fredda. Riscaldamenti spenti, mentre fuori nevicava. Anche la spa è minuscola, usufruibile per solo un'ora e a turni, perché a posti limitati (max 4 persone!). Questo non è stato nemmeno comunicato al momento della prenotazione. Non ci tornerei. Anche se purtroppo non c'è molta alternativa in zona.

Per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, abbiamo scelto questo Albergo per l sua posizione, raggiungibile in meno di 2h da Milano, e per provare il centro wellness. Abbiamo apprezzato l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff dell'Albergo. L'esperienza nel centro benessere è stata in linea con le aspettative, molto alte. Abbiamo anche voluto provare lo "speciale lifting metodo viso". Un'esperienza che ripeteremo presto. Lucia, oltre che essere gentile e accogliente, ci ha regalato un momento di indimenticabile relax e benessere. A presto

Siamo stati a cena al ristorante dell’albergo Bucaneve aspettandoci di trovare i piatti indicati sul menu presente sul sito. Invece, ci hanno consegnato un menu da pensione di terza categoria riportato su un misero foglietto e costituito da pochi piatti non del territorio, a meno che il salmone, la Svizzera, il pollo alla milanese o la quiche lorraine siano improvvisamente stati inseriti nei presidi slow food del Piemonte! Il triste foglietto definito “menu” non riportava neppure i prezzi e quando li abbiamo chiesti al cameriere ci ha risposto che “forse” il costo sarebbe stato di euro 25 a persona, ma che doveva chiedere conferma… mai arrivata. Scordavo di riferire che il “menu” prevedeva due portate e un dolce. Mensa style, insomma. Alla fine il conto è stato di euro 47,00 per un antipasto, un primo e un secondo, una bottiglia d’acqua. Cibo discreto ma che delusione! E che scorrettezza! Mai più! Sconsigliato!

Abbiamo passato dei bei momenti per il nostro 16 esimo anniversario .. stanza calda, confortevole e pulita .. Percorso spa rilassante, ben organizzato con la professionale, gentile e disponibile Lucia. Ottima colazione anche con prodotti del territorio. Buon pranzo con il personale di sala attento e capace.

Mi dispiace ma nulla di vero, servizio che cerca di imitare ristoranti migliori, non male l’affettato ed assolutamente non congrua la polenta concia dal gusto semidolce, forse la pannetta? Niente formaggio ne’ burro fuso Mi dispiace ma non mi sono trovato bene
