Great place good value but walls are paper thin can hear everything going on in hallway and next room

We went for a weekend girls getaway during the physic fair… we were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot-tub afterwards… but it was broken and had been for over 2 weeks - there was a dog barking for hours in the next room. Breakfast was cold… stale muffins.. juice machine broken… it was pretty bad… We ended up leaving early because of those things.. the desk clerk rudely told me I still had to pay for another night.. that was their response to our disappointment.. I would not recommend this hotel.

I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are amazing big and very clean and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the staff are great .the breakfast is good. We will definitely go back

I stayed in building one so pool was better, breakfast was served there and staff was helpful. if you stayed in building 2 as l had friends stay staff almost non existent, pool not as nice and had to walk to building one for breakfast and it was -48C when we stayed

Was no heat in our room, should have been switched to a different room but no, now 5 hours after checking in it’s almost bearable in our room and can take our coats off.
