Enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The hotel is a renovation of several abodes on the central plaza in the old town. Extremely well located for a visit to this beautiful hilltop white village. Room was roomy and very comfortable, overlooking the courtyard and had beautiful vaulted ceilings. Would’ve stayed another night had we known it was so nice. Next time …

In a location full of nooks and crannies, with stairs that go up and down to new spaces, all full of Arab charm, full of well-decorated Mudejar-style rooms and patios place you in the middle of the "Arabian Nights." It has suites and rooms that are sufficiently spacious and quiet, as well as a panoramic terrace with views of the pasture, from the heights of Véjer. My husband and I stayed in the glorious Africa room for two nights. It is a large and beautifully appointed room with a large bathroom. The large photographs of African people and scenes are lovely. The staff are very accommodating and nice. We used the beautiful outside terrace and ate at the delicious and beautiful restaurant. We have been in Spain two weeks and this is the classiest and most beautiful hotel.

We have just returned from a few night at this charming and character filled hotel. The location is perfect for exploring and the staff were so eager to please and offer lovely recommendations (even on a wet day) Breakfast is a lovely Maroc / Spanish fusion in a stunning setting ~ we loved that breakfast was served till 10:30. A gem of a hotel in a beautiful square filled with the scent of the orange trees.
