The rooms in the hotel were not cleaned properly, especially the bed. My family had bed bugs bite all over the body. The room service was not knocking the door before entering the room which shows lack of training on the part of the hotel ***agement. Overall, I was disappointed.

The stay was worth, it is just close to the church, everything is well equipped in the room, only iron was missing, if they keep an iron at the room would be helpful !
overall experience was good, they should also start their breakfast buffet

Staff good. But the resort should take care of the cleanliness of the inside room. No hot water for the entire two days of stay. No complimentary breakfast. For this cost, these are disappointing to all of us.

Receptionist was very bad. I won't suggest this hotel as the service in the restaurant and reception was disgusting
