Apart from the hiccup at arrival, the rest of the stay was great. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Food was great especially at Azzurro restaurant. The in water villa was superb. We did enjoy our stay greatly. Will definitely return in the future.

The hotel's water house is in line with expectations and has a second-floor viewing platform, which is not common in hotels of the same price range. All-inclusive meals are also good. The snorkeling experience is excellent. However, the email communication with the hotel sales depar**ent before check-in was not smooth. After being urged by the agent, It's too bad that they still don't reply to the guests' emails. The service staff at the Water House Italian Restaurant are great.
