Проживал в данной гостинице с 19 по 21 октября 2022 г. Вечером 20 октября ужинал в кафе при гостинице, счет записывали на номер. На следующее утро оказалось, что чек выписанный за ужин не соответствует ценам, указанным в меню. После резонного вопроса администратору, ответила "я здесь ни при чем, идите в кафе разбирайтесь". В кафе сделали большие глаза и сказали тоже "мы здесь ни при чем, это все бухгалтер". В этой гостинице никто ни при чем, все сваливают вину на какого-то другого. Цены в меню не соответствует действительности. Только после предупреждения о том, что сейчас вызовется наряд полиции и будет составлено заявление за обман потребителя, пересчитали чек. Не рекомендую никому эту гостиницу!!!!

Мини-отел Луки -Сервис очень понравился.Попали случайно, но не пожалели. Персонал приветливый, обслуживание хорошее , условия в соответствии цена-качество, завтрак особенно хорош, вообщем, всем рекомендуем!
